It has a non-stick layer, which I found very good because I have excess sweat problem on my hands, and it helps a lot for the mouse not to slip out of hand.
About his Bluetooth, the answer is very fast, it is not noticed any delay. It accompanies a USB-C cable of approximately 1,5 meters and all coated in nylon (very good). It also comes with the manual and a pack of stickers that I found very cool!. And he's also RGB.
